Many orders are custom-made which require us to ask for your credit card up front. For example, if John Smith orders an address stamp and then changes his mind, we can't sell John Smith's address stamp to Tom Jones. Therefore, to protect the nature of our business, we simply have to guarantee payment up front. If you want an exception to this policy, please call us at 419-243-6700 and ask. Management will make a decision while you are still on the phone.
You don't have an area to put my credit card number in when I place my order over the web? Why?

We can ship many items the same day. Obviously, some items are custom made and require manufacturing to your specifications. We will always give you a time frame when you place your order.
What is your return policy?
In general, if within 5 days of receiving your product, you discover we did something wrong, contact us immediately for a quick replacement. If errors are discovered later than 5 days, we will work with you to rectify the problem, but we reserve the right to charge you a re-stocking fee or other nominal charges as may be appropriate to the particular situation. In general, however, very few items every come back to us over the course of a year. We have stringent quality controls over our products--and more importantly, we try to nail down the specifications with you at the time of the order, before it is produced. That's the best policy, isn't it?
