Our Magnesium Print Dies are widely used for labeling and coding in virtually any imprinting machine.  Magnesium dies are also ideal for foil imprinting on plastics, leather, wood and paper.  Our magnesium dies can be deep etched or routered when extra character relief is needed for printing on soft surfaces.  Magnesium custom dies are an economical and fast way to reproduce customer logos or insignia.  They are best suited for short to medium production runs.

Magnesium dies can be supplied for use in clamp mounts, magnetic chase holders, or mounted type high (.918" / 23.3mm) on aluminum or letterpress.  Magnesium dies also available unmounted in the following thicknesses:  .062" / 1.6mm / 16 gauge, .153" / 3.9mm /11 point, or .250" / 6.4mm / 1/4".

Magnesium dies are especially suited for bar coding. 

Magnesium dies are ideal for stamping:  greeting cards, labels, books bindings, leather goods, jewelry boxes, menu covers, napkins, matchbooks, advertising specialties, and letterpress.
