What makes our art stamps different?

We only make your design! Don't ask us for artwork of an angel or a favorite character-- you do your own design!  If you send us a black and white .tif file of your artwork to graphics@shelleystamp.com , we will be happy to quote and then manufacture your art stamps in a efficient fashion. 

What happens to my artwork?

We keep your artwork on file in the event you wish to repeat your order.  No one can re-order them but you.  Likewise, you will not be able to use artwork that belongs to someone else.

Can I get my art stamps mounted or unmounted?

Shelley Rubber Stamp will happily provide your art rubber stamps mounted or unmounted. While both mounted or unmounted art stamps are easy for us to manufacture for you, unmounted is less work for us, so we can pass those savings on to you!

I can get my art stamps in rubber or photopolymer?  What is photopolymer and what is its advantages?

Photopolymer is a yellow gel that when exposed to our special lighting hardens into a solid.  Photopolymer art stamps make sharp impressions and are easy to clean.  We actually recommend the photopolymer art stamps more than the rubber art stamps because of its sharpness -- and it is less expensive for you. 

However, because it is the industry standard, we will make your dies or stamps in rubber, unless you tell us that you want photopolymer.

What do I need to do for you to quote my project?

Send us your black and white .tif file to graphics@shelleystamp.com . Give us a way to contact you back from 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday. 

Our minimum order is 5  8 1/2" x 11" sheets of dies.  If you want unmounted rubber dies, let us know.  If you want us to mount  your rubber dies into stamps, you will also need to make sure that all of your stamps are the same size and that there are at least 50 stamps in your order.

What is the usual delivery time?

The usual delivery time is less than one week, because we manufacture them on-site.

Can I call and talk to a live person who can help me?

Yes, we hate voice mail too.  Call us from 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday, you'll be guaranteed to talk to a live person; no voice mail allowed.

Would I be talking to someone who has equipment in their garage?

No, Shelley Rubber Stamp & Sign has been in business for many years.  The people on our staff average over 20 years in the rubber stamp industry.  We know our products, we won't waste your time.  We are one of the best rubber stamp companies in the country.  Oh yes, we have been selling on the internet before the two founders of Yahoo left college to work full time.

What's the catch?

Due to the custom nature of your artwork, we will charge your MasterCard, Visa, certified check or money order at the time you place your order. We accept your credit card order over the phone so you have no internet risk at all.  No American Express orders will be accepted.  You can pay by regular check at the time of the order, but we will wait an appropriate period of time to begin your order.
